Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project lead for various reserved matters applications to progress the outline application. I worked closely with the design team and specialists to identify and manage potential environmental and health impacts as the design evolved. I provided early strategic advice and prepared focused Environmental Statement (ES) Addendums and ES Statements of Conformity to support the application and meet tight timescales for consent and delivery
